Information we collect
None. My Tides has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The app does not connect to the internet: all tide predictions, maps and place names are built into the app.
Location
If you allow it, My Tides uses your device's location while the app is open to show the tides nearest to you. Your location is used only on your device to choose a tide station. It is never sent to us or to anyone else, and it is not stored beyond what is needed to show your local tide. You can use the app without location access by searching for a place, and you can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services.
Data stored on your device
The app saves your preferences, such as favourite places, units and language, on your device only. This data is removed if you delete the app.
Third parties
My Tides contains no third-party SDKs, analytics or advertising. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store under Apple's privacy policy.
Children
Because the app collects no personal information, it is suitable for users of all ages.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
